Virtual try-on is not working. What should I do?
First, check that you have enough credits (virtual try-on costs 3 credits). Ensure your photos are clear and meet our requirements. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, contact support@lookmate.life with details about the issue.
Why are my AI-generated images low quality?
Image quality depends on several factors: 1) The quality of your input photos, 2) Your profile completeness, 3) Server load. Try using higher resolution photos, ensure your profile is complete, and try again during off-peak hours. Pro and Pro+ members get priority processing for better results.
I can't log into my account. What should I do?
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Check that you're using the correct email address. Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again. If you still can't access your account, contact support@lookmate.life.
My credits are not updating after purchase.
Credits are usually added immediately after successful payment. If you don't see them, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. Check your email for the payment confirmation. If credits still don't appear within 24 hours, contact support@lookmate.life with your payment receipt.
The AI recommendations don't match my style.
Make sure your profile is complete and up-to-date, especially your style preferences. Save looks you like to help the AI learn your preferences. Try providing more context when requesting recommendations (occasion, weather, etc.). The more you use the service, the better it becomes at understanding your style.
