Troubleshooting FAQ

Check your credit balance, confirm both images finished uploading, and use clear supported image files. Refresh the page and try once more. If it still fails, contact support@lookmate.life with the time of the attempt, device, browser, and any error message.

Low-resolution, dark, cropped, obstructed, or busy input images can leave the model with less usable detail. Try clearer images with even lighting and a simpler background. Generated images can still contain visual artifacts because they are previews, not photographs of the real garment.

Check the email address, then use "Forgot password?" if needed. If the browser appears stuck, reload the page or clear cookies for the site and try again. Contact support@lookmate.life if you still cannot access the account.

Refresh the page or sign out and back in, then check for a payment confirmation. If the balance is still unchanged within 24 hours, email support@lookmate.life with the registered email and payment receipt.

Rewrite the request with clearer constraints: occasion, formality, colors, comfort, weather, items you own, and styles to avoid. Update relevant profile fields if they are outdated. AI suggestions remain subjective, so keep, edit, or discard them as needed.
