Is LookMate AI free to use?
Yes! LookMate AI offers a free plan with 10 welcome credits. You can use these credits to try our AI styling features including text advice, AI image generation, and virtual try-on. For unlimited access and more features, we offer Pro and Pro+ membership plans.
How much do credits cost?
Text styling advice is free for Pro and Pro+ members. AI image generation costs 1 credit per generation. Virtual try-on costs 3 credits per generation. Free users receive 10 welcome credits. You can purchase additional credit packs if needed.
What are the differences between membership plans?
Free plan includes 10 welcome credits. Pro plan ($9.90/month) includes 20 credits/month, unlimited text advice, AI images, no watermarks, and priority queue. Pro+ plan ($29.90/month) includes 80 credits/month, all Pro features, advanced options, early access to new features, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees. You can resubscribe anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment processor Paddle. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with our service. Please contact support@lookmate.life for refund requests. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
