Questions about account management and profile settings
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" on our homepage, enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email - just click the link to verify your account. Once verified, you'll get 10 free credits to start using LookMate AI.
How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile anytime from your Dashboard. Click on "Profile Management" or go to Settings. You can update your body measurements, style preferences, location, and other details. Keeping your profile updated helps the AI provide better recommendations.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. Click the link in the email to set a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings. Go to Account Settings and scroll to the bottom. Click "Delete Account" and confirm. All your data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you really want to delete your account.
