Account and Profile FAQ

Open the sign-up page, enter your email and password, and complete any email verification shown. New users start with 3 credits for one standard Fitting Room preview.

Open Dashboard or Settings, then edit the profile fields available there. Keep details such as body notes and style preferences current when you want them considered in outfit suggestions.

On the login page, select "Forgot password?" and enter your email. Open the reset link in the email and set a new password. The reset link expires after 24 hours.

Open Account Settings, find the account deletion option, and review the confirmation before continuing. Deletion cannot be undone. Some records may still be retained when the Privacy Policy or applicable law requires it.
