2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to Pro/Pro+ features until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • After the period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refunds

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • Within 7 Days: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase AND have not used more than 5 credits during that period
  • Service Unavailability: If our service was substantially unavailable during your billing period due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period in error

3.2 Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds (pro-rated) at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Extended service outages affecting your usage
  • Billing errors that weren't duplicate charges

3.3 Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally NOT provided for:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day period
  • Unused credits within a billing period (credits do not roll over)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as these are subjective)
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide your subscription purchase date
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Free Credits

The 10 free credits provided upon registration:

  • Are a one-time welcome gift
  • Have no monetary value and cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged

7. Subscription Renewals

To avoid unwanted charges:

  • Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date
  • You can check your renewal date in your account settings
  • We send renewal reminder emails before each billing cycle

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or have a billing dispute:

  • We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly
  • Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension
